Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the total operation of a store, maximizing sales and profitability
- Maintain Guest Services standards
- Control expenses and manage shrink
- Oversee merchandising and inventory control
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and training
- Manage setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Flexible schedule availability
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
