Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through effective Guest Services and expense control
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown activities
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule required

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience required

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
