About the role

The hourly rate ranges from $21.94 - $22.19 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and accountability for the total operation of a store
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Overseeing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21
• A flexible schedule
• Physical demands requiring 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience is required
