About the role
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Responsibilities
- Shrink management
- Merchandising
- Inventory control
- Staffing
- Setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store
Requirements
- Minimum age 21
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 lb
- Prior retail management experience required

Pay
Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 to $22.15 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
