Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The hourly rate ranges from $22.13 - $22.38 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and accountability for the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Controlling expenses.
• Overseeing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• A flexible schedule.
• Physical demands requiring 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
