About the role
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of store operations
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability

- Serving as the primary point of contact for store operations
- Managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Overseeing merchandise displays and inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Handling customer complaints and issues
- Planning and executing seasonal store setup and teardown
- Managing store budget and financial reporting
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
- Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail operations and principles
- Experience in managing a retail store environment

Pay
