Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 – $20.75 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services while controlling expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing.
• Handle setup, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience
