Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $22.00 - $22.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability
• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Control expenses
• Manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control
• Handle staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
• Climb ladders and set up fixtures
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience
