About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services while overseeing all aspects of store operations. This includes driving maximum sales and profitability through expense control, shrinkage reduction, human resources management, merchandising, and inventory control, all in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high standards of Guest Services.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses and reduce shrinkage.
• Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Direct merchandising and inventory control activities.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for more than 8 hours per shift.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $18.98 – $19.23 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
