About the role

As a Store Manager, you will bring your leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented and dynamic environment. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. Your role includes overseeing all store operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure safety and security compliance, uphold company policies, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Maintain financial performance by controlling expenses and managing budgets.
• Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies for customers and associates.
• Ensure store presentation meets brand and operational standards.
• Drive results and foster team development through coaching and innovation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals or fumes.
