About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure safety and security compliance, protect store assets, and maintain store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Ensure every customer receives a great experience with personalized hair and beauty solutions.
• Oversee store operations, including sales, budget management, expense control, and inventory management.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining financial and operational standards.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items.

Working Conditions
