Role Overview

Seeking a best-in-class Store Manager to build, lead, and elevate the New York City flagship location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive leadership, culture, customer experience, sales performance, operational excellence, and sophisticated brand presentation
  • Build and coach a high-performing team while ensuring the store delivers a truly world-class retail experience

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

  • A seasoned retail professional with a passion for world-class customer experiences

  • Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with proven sales leadership
  • Operationally excellent, detail-oriented, and unafraid to build from the ground up
  • Energized by fast-paced environments and capable of owning full-floor responsibility

Requirements

  • 2+ years Store Manager experience within luxury or contemporary fashion, ideally managing $2M+ volume
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, VM, clienteling, customer service excellence, and loss prevention
  • Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends/evenings (Tue–Sat schedule required)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • A strong book of business within the NYC or Tri-State market (highly advantageous)
