Store Manager, Nashville (Opening September 2026)

About the role

A rare opportunity exists for a Store Manager to join our Nashville boutique opening in late September 2026. Our Store Manager will lead the team whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Inspiring the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide strong leadership, lead by example and present as a role model for all team members.
• Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.
• Ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.
• Promote an enjoyable and collaborative working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline.
• Drive the recruitment process in line with Zimmermann’s Diversity and inclusion vision.
• Successfully lead and develop a high performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale and a positive workplace attitude.
• Identify the succession plan required to develop strong career paths for all team members in collaboration with Line Manager.
• Provide consistent feedback for the team’s development and training and follow company guidelines when team member performance does not meet expectations.
• Ensure that a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.
• Oversee store operations including stockroom management and leading the Stock Coordinators through the stocktake in accordance with Zimmermann policy and procedure.
• Promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
• Effectively manage store rostering including timesheet management and roster creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong, genuine relationships with team members and clientele.
• Desire for a long-term and fulfilling career journey.
