About the role
Oversees the operations of a main store to include financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management and training responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervises staff to ensure proper operation of facility and customer satisfaction.
- Establish goals to maximize sales, productivity, and minimize inventory costs.
- Develops and mentors staff for future development.
- Captures and coordinates sales promotions activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Four years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management within the last three years.
- Or Bachelor's degree and two years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management within the last three years.
Qualifications
- BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

- PCS authorized for eligible associates.

Pay
Minimum $62,693.00
