Job Grade 4, Tier 2 – Retail Operations Supervisor role within the Retail Operations career area.
Responsibilities
- Supervises staff to ensure proper operation of the facility and customer satisfaction.
- Establishes goals to maximize sales, productivity, and minimize inventory costs.
- Develops and mentors staff for future development.
- Coordinates sales promotions activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Four years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management within the last three years.
- OR a Bachelor’s degree and two years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management within the last three years.
- PCS authorized for eligible associates; relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.
- Toured location – 24 months with possible extension.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay
Minimum salary: $62,693.00
