Store Manager Miami
Responsibilities
- Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
- Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team
- Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
- Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPI's
- Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management
- B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc
- Active support of our customer:s via chat and video consultation
Requirements
- Several years of retail experience
- Passion and presence in sales
- Successfully managed a store or gallery team
- Positive manner and proactive way of working
- See the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills
