Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers.
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory effectively.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and interact professionally with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including using point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience with barista equipment and beverage preparation.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding employment and labor.
