Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Manage a team of baristas and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the brand values and high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School or GED Requirements.
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
- Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
The schedule for roles below director is typically 120 hours annually, while roles at director or above are typically 200 hours annually.
