Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
  • Manage a team of baristas and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the brand values and high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School or GED Requirements.
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

Schedule

The schedule for roles below director is typically 120 hours annually, while roles at director or above are typically 200 hours annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
