About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success with an 8-12 weeks of store leadership training program.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including seven days a week.

Pay

Pay Range: $29 per hour - $32 per hour. Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including seven days a week.
