Store Manager (Indeed Event)

About the role

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
• Knowledge of ADA requirements.

Skills

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Conflict resolution skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
