Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Serve Safe certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- The ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
