Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Prepare for success through an 8-12 week store leadership training program.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Qualifications
- Serve Safe certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and limited workspace environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- The ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
