About the role

Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, employee development, and guest hospitality in a fast-paced convenience-retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and schedule store employees.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Oversee merchandise placement, stocking, and audits.
• Maintain hospitality standards for timely guest transactions.
• Monitor store profitability through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendor management, car-wash operations, and retail-waste tracking.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of supervisory experience in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
