Store Manager in Training

Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop employees
• Schedule employee shifts
• Resolve store issues, including customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements
• Assist with audits, merchandise placement, and stocking
• Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations preferred
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
