Responsibilities

• Learn and lead a team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and ensuring team success.
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and MYGNC Rewards.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, helping sales associates realize their potential.
• Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and give ongoing feedback to store associates.
• Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message.
• Engage in leader training initiatives, projects, and goals to support your path to promotion.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, depending on store type.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, frequently reach, bend, twist, lift up to twenty pounds, and use computers up to 60% of the day.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentive pay.

Schedule

Full-time hourly supervisory position, working flexible hours including nights and weekends, depending on store type.
