Responsibilities

  • Learn and lead a team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and ensuring team success.
  • Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and MYGNC Rewards.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, and help sales associates reach their potential.
  • Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and give ongoing feedback to store associates.
  • Represent GNC by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message.
  • Participate in training initiatives, projects, and goal-setting to support career advancement.
  • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on store type.

Requirements

The SMIT role requires a dynamic individual who embodies GNC's "Live Well" philosophy. You should have a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as described.
