Responsibilities
- Learn and lead a team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
- Oversee daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and ensuring team success.
- Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and MYGNC Rewards.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, and help sales associates reach their potential.
- Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and give ongoing feedback to store associates.
- Represent GNC by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message.
- Participate in training initiatives, projects, and goal-setting to support career advancement.
- Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on store type.
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as described.
