About the role

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused position designed to prepare candidates for a CVS Store Manager role. The program includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to enhance leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Four-year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience as a CVS Supervisor or retail management experience.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $26.25 per hour or $39,070 - $52,560 annually. The actual pay will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.

Schedule

Anticipated weekly hours are 45. This is a full-time position.
