About the role

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused position aimed at preparing candidates for a CVS Store Manager role. The program includes self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, combining virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Four-year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience as a CVS Supervisor or retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $23.88 per hour or $40,000 - $52,000 annually for full-time employees. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
