Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high food quality and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies to optimize product availability
- Ensure a clean, inviting, and organized marketplace for customers
- Cook up marketing initiatives to promote products and increase foot traffic
- Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Strong understanding of retail management practices, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales and financial data to drive performance
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to adapt to the high-paced demands of a gourmet market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually
