Store Manager (General Manager) – High-Volume Gourmet Market

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain high food quality and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies to optimize product availability
• Ensure a clean, inviting, and organized marketplace for customers
• Cook up marketing initiatives to promote products and increase foot traffic
• Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of retail management practices, preferably in the food industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data to drive performance
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility to adapt to the high-paced demands of a gourmet market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

Pay

A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually
