Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- Developing staff
- Controlling expenses and shrinkage
- Merchandising and inventory control
All tasks are conducted in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience is required
Pay and Schedule
- Hourly rate ranges from $17.73 - $17.98 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
- This position works up to 38 hours per week.
