Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.
  • Lead a team of baristas and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality coffee and products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and initiatives that enhance the coffeehouse's reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School or GED Requirements
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

The schedule for this role includes full-time work (exceeding 40 hours per week) with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
