About the role

As a Store Manager at Atlantis Fresh Market, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations including customer service, cash management, hiring and training staff, ordering products, maintaining compliance, managing labor, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
• Hire, train, and develop staff members.
• Order and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage labor costs and schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure the store is clean and safe for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
