About the Role
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for leading all aspects of your store, including driving a positive, inclusive culture by managing and developing store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets. You will ensure long-term business growth in alignment with the company’s vision, core values, and established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a diverse and high-performing store team.
- Drive sales and achieve KPI targets through effective leadership and operational execution.
- Interpret and analyze sales, stock, and service delivery data to inform business decisions.
- Execute retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising directives to maintain world-class standards.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging store culture that aligns with company values.
Requirements
- Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Strong acumen in driving sales, stock management, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual merchandising standards.
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks).
- Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets).
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.

Pay
$26.25–$31.25 per hour for this full-time hourly position.
