About the Role
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for leading all aspects of your store, including driving a positive, inclusive culture by managing and developing store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets. You will ensure long-term business growth in alignment with the company’s vision, core values, and established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a diverse and high-performing store team.
- Drive sales and achieve KPI targets while maintaining long-term business growth.
- Interpret and analyze sales, stock, and service delivery data to inform decisions.
- Execute retail merchandising practices, including visual merchandising (VM) directives, to maintain world-class standards.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Foster outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders).
- Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins or during visual resets).
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.

Pay
$24.00–$29.00 per hour (full-time hourly position).
