About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead our team. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities, assign tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in driving sales, stock management, and service delivery.
• Inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain world-class standards.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ensure outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving across the store.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, clothing racks).
• Ability to squat, kneel, or use a ladder/step stool safely for tasks like accessing storage or visual resets.
