Store Manager - Cosmoprof Beauty

About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering licensed professionals in the Beauty Industry. You will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, focusing on providing an EPIC experience through Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee all store operations, maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies.
• Make sure the store always looks its best!

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Pay

$19.00 / hr based on experience.
