Store Manager - Cosmoprof Beauty

About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, ensuring each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will manage store operations, maintain budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience
• Oversee all store operations with an emphasis on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies
• Maintain a store that looks its best

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty
