About the role
Provides supervision to staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store with gas, including financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. Environmental regulations are stringent. Grading is volume-based and dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of staff
- Inventory management
- Financial management and expense control
- Maintains compliance in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues, and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Staff development and mentoring
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three years of retail management experience within the last five years
- Or a Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years
- Compliance within 3 months of assuming position
