About the role

Provides supervision to management staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store, including financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. Some command relations. Grading is volume-based and dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of a branch store.
• Establishes goals to maximize sales and productivity and minimize inventory costs.
• Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer relations.
• Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three years of retail management experience within the last five years.
• Or a Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years.

Pay

Minimum salary: $54,533.00

PCS not authorized. Lump sum payment of $15,000 may be authorized.
