Key Responsibilities
- Retail Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
- Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
- Carry out performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
- Sales & Business Growth
- Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity

- Customer Experience

- Ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services
- Operations & Store Performance
- Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing
- Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Analyze sales reports and business metrics to improve performance
- Previous experience as a:
- Retail Store Manager
- Sales Manager
- Wireless Retail Manager
- Telecommunications Manager
- Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in telecommunications, wireless, internet, cable, or technology sales
- Experience with Comcast Xfinity, wireless carriers, or consumer electronics retail environments
- Multi-unit retail or high-volume sales experience
