About the role

Blufox Mobile, a preferred partner of Comcast Xfinity, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our locations. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing telecommunications retailers in the country, with operations across multiple states and continued expansion underway.

Responsibilities

  • Retail Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
    • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
    • Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
    • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
  • Sales & Business Growth
    • Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
    • Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity
    • Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention
    • Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience
    • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
    • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
    • Ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services
  • Operations & Store Performance
    • Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing
    • Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
    • Analyze sales reports and business metrics to improve performance

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Previous experience as:
    • Retail Store Manager
    • Sales Manager
    • Wireless Retail Manager
    • Telecommunications Manager
    • Customer Service Manager
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

  • Experience in telecommunications, wireless, internet, cable, or technology sales
  • Experience with Comcast Xfinity, wireless carriers, or consumer electronics retail environments
  • Multi-unit retail or high-volume sales experience
