Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact many lives. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
