Store Manager
About the role
As a Store Manager at Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, you will shape our guest experience by coaching your team to give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will exceed both store and personal sales targets, develop your sales consultants, and help them learn what it means to win at Victra. You will have an elevated level of accountability for all retail store functions, driving high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. Your focus will be on optimizing customer and employee experience while completing training courses and attending weekly sales leadership calls.
Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales by following the EGET sales process.
- Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
- Take directions from the District Manager on day-to-day operations.
- Set and share daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the sales team.
- Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience, handling customer flow, store traffic, and resolving escalations per company standards.
- Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
- Run store operations, including analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, and ensuring compliance.
- Open trouble tickets with Facilities, Network, or IT to ensure store uptime and functionality.
- Monitor inventory by restocking shelves, maintaining device security, and managing store cleanliness.
- Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations.
- Complete store opening and closing activities.
- Collectively work toward attaining store targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
Requirements
- Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
- Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Training Requirements
- Complete a 2-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of your official start date (may include overnight travel at the company’s expense).

Pay
Compensation includes a base rate of $13.50/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
