About the role
Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience. By coaching your team, you help them give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. Our Store Managers exceed both store and personal sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, showing your team how it is done.
- Coach your team one on one and motivate them to reach the next level of performance.
- Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
- Drive our business forward by always motivating your team to do their best in every guest interaction.
- Take care of your guests and confirm that your coworkers have what they need.
- Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
- Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Identify any selling skill gaps and build and implement development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
- Run store operations, analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, manage cash, meet compliance, open trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store up-time and functionality.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with products, maintaining device security, and managing the cleanliness of the store.
- Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations.
- Complete store opening and closing activities.
- Collectively responsible for attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
Qualifications
- Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
- Experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
- Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
