Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals.
• Recruit, develop, and train top talent who are skilled in sales, customer service, and fashion.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, inviting, and inspiring, encouraging positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain an effective communication line with District Manager and HQ partners.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams to success.
• A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A college degree is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Fashion-savvy and adaptable to current trends.
• Physical requirements: able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring reaching and climbing.

Pay

$24.05 - $30.06 per hour.
