Store Manager
About the Role
The Take 5 Family is looking for a strong leader who wants more than just a job. As a Shop Manager, you aren't just managing a shift—you are running a business. You will have ownership of your store's performance, your team's development, and the customer experience. You won't be doing it alone; your District Manager will be there to coach, support, and help you succeed.
Mechanical experience is not required. We can teach you the automotive side of the business, but we can't teach leadership, work ethic, attitude, or the desire to develop people as easily.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop your team

Previous management experience is helpful, but we are more interested in your leadership potential than your job title.
