Store Manager
About the role
As a Store Manager you lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality — backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards). We're the largest nutritional smoothie brand in the nation, 1,300+ stores strong, and we grow our best managers into multi-store leaders.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop your team
- Lead shifts from the floor; model Guest-first service
- Run smoothie and Power Eats food operations to brand standard
- Manage labor %, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and food safety
- Grow sales through local marketing and community presence

Requirements
- 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team preferred
- Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic
- A passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience
