Job Summary

Achieve success at two SmartStop self-storage facilities in Hager City and Red Wing. Manage leasing, operations, team supervision, maintenance, and customer interactions.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Leasing storage and parking
• Managing a team
• Assisting with maintenance
• Supervising onsite projects
• Communicating with the home office team
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants
• Preparing units for auction and vacating units as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with solid office skills
• Take-charge/can-do mentality with ability to follow set procedures
