Store Manager

Job Summary

Average hourly wage starting at $22.00, plus bonus. Manage two facilities in Hager City and Red Wing. Involved in all phases of the operation including leasing, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with the home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Leasing storage and parking
• Managing a team
• Assisting with maintenance
• Supervising onsite projects
• Communicating with the home office team
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service
• Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
• Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with solid office skills
• Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures
