About the role

We’re looking for a Store Manager who can bring their entrepreneurial spirit to life. You’ll lead with passion and energy, inspiring and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive top-line sales.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
• Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in-store demos
• Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
• Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style
• Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with live product demonstrations (a bonus)
